Challenge: Create a brand identity and campaign to significantly lower or reduce vacancy rates across all health care provider disciplines — especially in rural areas of the country.
Solution: HORNE designed a total communications solution that would work for all the professional disciplines under the "IHS Public Health Professions" umbrella. The campaign theme, Opportunity Adventure Purpose attracts health care professionals who value both mission and making a difference over profit; people who are attracted to adventurous lifestyles often found in rural areas of the country and who value appreciative patients.
Result: HORNE has been working with the Indian Health Service for over 12 years — solid proof that our approach to building successful long-term relationships with our clients works. Since the launch of the campaign, IHS reports declining vacancy rates in most health care disciplines.
